How payments are processed, verified, protected, and handled during booking.
Secure Payments
TravelYaraa uses secure payment processes to help customers complete booking payments safely. Customers should complete payment only through the official website or authorized payment page.
Never share OTP, card PIN, banking password, UPI PIN, or full card details with any person claiming to be support. TravelYaraa support will never ask for sensitive payment passwords or OTP.
If a payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not shown, customers should wait briefly and then contact support with payment reference, registered email, phone number, and booking attempt details.
Payment Verification
Payment must be successfully verified before a booking is treated as confirmed. In some cases, payment may be pending, failed, reversed, or under review. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued.
If payment verification fails, the amount may be refunded by the payment provider according to banking timelines. Customers should contact support if the amount is deducted and no confirmation is received.
Duplicate payment should be avoided. If duplicate payment occurs, the refund of extra amount will depend on payment gateway confirmation and internal review.
Fraud Prevention
TravelYaraa may review or cancel suspicious transactions, unusual payment patterns, mismatched customer details, or bookings that appear fraudulent or risky.
Customers should use their own payment method or an authorized payment method. Using unauthorized payment details may lead to booking cancellation or account restriction.
Security checks are performed to protect customers, payment systems, and service integrity.
