Digital Delivery

TravelYaraa provides digital delivery of booking confirmations, tickets, vouchers, invoices, and related booking information. Physical shipment is not usually required for online travel bookings.

After successful payment and booking confirmation, details may be shown on the website, sent by email, made available in the customer account, or shared through support channels where applicable.

Customers should ensure that the email address and phone number entered during booking are correct. Incorrect contact information may delay delivery of confirmation, voucher, or support communication.

Delivery Time

Most digital confirmations are delivered after booking and payment are successfully processed. Some bookings may require additional verification, provider confirmation, manual review, or payment settlement before final voucher delivery.

If the confirmation is not received, customers should check spam, promotions, junk folder, SMS inbox, and WhatsApp messages. If still not found, contact support with booking ID and payment reference.

Delivery delay does not always mean booking failure. Customers should not make duplicate payments without checking payment and booking status with support.

Customer Access

Customers should download and save their ticket, voucher, invoice, or booking confirmation before travel. They should carry required identity proof and travel documents as required by the airline, hotel, cab provider, insurer, or destination authority.
